This easy wax is made from the finest beeswax, Candelilla and Carnuba wax, and is dissolved in low aromatic solvents, while being toluene free.

Easy wax is very easy to apply, as the name suggests, it has the viscosity of soft margarine. This is an ideal soft wax polish for areas of wooden furniture such as styled and ornate table and chair legs. Our soft wax polish can be applied easily with a brush. The clear wax polish is the suggestible choice for maintaining pre waxed wood. Coloured easy waxes tend to be used for when a lighter colour is showing through from scratches or darken the finish of the wood in the final stages.

For additional durability of wooden surfaces, we suggest applying a fresh coat of wax for protection and offering a greater depth of colour to darker furniture.

We provide a wide colour range that is suitable for almost any job, from wood flooring and furniture to dado rails and skirting boards. This can be easily applied and our products are used by amateur DIYers to professionals looking for quality and ease of use.

Easy wax is just the same as our other waxes when it comes to storage. For the best finishing results we recommend storing it in an air tight container at room temperature, and to use it within 2 years. If stored in hot or cold, the wax will liquefy or harden, but the wax will return to it soft viscosity when brought back to room temperature.

Always apply to a test area first.

Ensure the untreated surfaces are dry and clean, applying the soft wax sparingly, work on a small area at a time. Allow the recommended drying time of 30 minutes for a thick coat, a thin coat about 10 minutes. Then give the wood a final buff to finish the look off.

Wax Application
Apply the wax by cloth, brush, sponge or fine grade steel wool (this also smoothes the wood surface at the same time).

Buffing
Use a stockinette cloth to buff the soft waxed surface for a deeper more radiant finish. A brush can be used on styled and ornate areas to make it easier. Electric drill buffing brushes can used to save time and effort, we also sell these in our online store.

Drying Time
A thick application of wax will take about 30 minutes, and about 10 minutes for a light coating.

Uses
Easy wax can be applied to bare wood, but also on top of most finishes including solvent stained, French polished, water stained or lacquered wood.
